    On our $30 to $60 Prepaid Plus Plans, you can use infinite data at speeds of up to 1.5Mbps once you’ve used all other data in your recharge (including My Data, Data Bank and Data Add-ons). You can keep using infinite data until your recharge expires.

    With 1.5Mbps you can stream music and standard definition video, make a video call, browse the internet and catch up on social media, but is not suitable for HD video. For more information of what you can do at 1.5Mbps, check out our speed guide.

    Prepaid Plus
    Not for commercial or resale purposes. For $10 Prepaid Plus, all inclusions expire after 7 days or upon next recharge, whichever occurs first. For $20 Prepaid Plus, all inclusions expire after 14 days or upon next recharge, whichever occurs first. For $30, $40, $50 and $60 Prepaid Plus, all inclusions expire after 28 days or upon next recharge, whichever occurs first. For $150 Prepaid Plus, all inclusions expire after 185 days or upon next recharge, whichever occurs first. For $250 Prepaid Plus, all inclusions expire after 365 days or upon next recharge, whichever occurs first. All offer end dates, and recharge times are in Australian Eastern Standard or Daylight time (AEST/AEDT).

    Data Bank
    Eligible Plans are Prepaid Plus plans. You can save up to a maximum 200GB of unused My Data balance when you recharge on an Eligible Plan before expiry. You will forfeit any unused My Data balance if you do not recharge before expiry.

    My Data is the included data of your recharge. Any other data balances you may have on your plan (including infinite data) will not be saved to your Data Bank balance upon recharge unless explicitly mentioned.

    You will forfeit any unused My Data balance that will exceed the 200GB limit of Data Bank when saving any unused My Data.

    You will lose your Data Bank balance if you recharge on an ineligible plan, you do not recharge within 90 days of your last expiry date or your service is disconnected or deactivated for any reason. If you move to any plan or offer with a smaller Data Bank limit, you will lose data in your Data Bank that is over that limit.

    Your Eligible Plan will automatically start using your Data Bank balance when you have used up all the data balances on your plan within expiry.

    Data Bank balance cannot be used when your recharge has expired.

    Prepaid International Minutes
    Excludes premium services, special and overseas free phone numbers and video calls. Calls charged in per minute increments Standard Voice Calls to selected list of countries. Countries may change from time to time, see international calls page for a list of current countries. Fair Use Policy applies. My Credit, if you have any, will be used for minutes of standard voice calls to selected countries once included allocation is exhausted and for calls to any countries not included in the selected countries list or otherwise included in your recharge.

    Bonus data on activation and first 2 Prepaid Plus recharges
    Personal use only. Bonus data available to new Prepaid Plus customers who purchase and activate a Prepaid $30 - $60 Prepaid Plus Starter Pack (‘Eligible Customers’). Bonus Data is available for first 3 recharges made within 90 days of activation (‘Eligible Recharges’). Data reverts to standard inclusion after 3rd recharge.     5G
    Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone plan, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion.     Prepaid Infinite Data
    All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Your included data (My Data) and any data saved in your Data Bank data will be used first and this is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your device and the time and place you are using data; thereafter, data is available at speeds of up to 1.5Mbps until your recharge expires. Tethering is permitted to personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods.

    At 1.5Mbps, you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. For more information see our Speed Guide.
