Data on Vodafone Infinite Plans
All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone Infinite Plans include a “Max Speed” data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first (which includes unlimited mobile data on the Ultra+ Plan); thereafter data is available at speeds of up to 2 or 10Mbps depending on your chosen plan until your next billing month. On the Ultra+ Plan, once you have used 30GB Hotspot Max Speed Data, you can continue to use Hotspot data at speeds of up to 2Mbps. Tethering permitted from your mobile phone to your other personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods.
With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. With 10Mbps you can use video calling, and high definition video. Apple TV+ offer

Vodafone Infinite Plan Discount
Approved customers signing up to an Eligible Plan between 10 February 2022 and 4 August 2022 receive $5/mth off plan fees (‘Discount’). Discount available to customers signing up to a new or additional service, and handset upgrades. Discount will be applied as a monthly recurring credit for as long as you remain continuously connected to the plan and is forfeited if you cancel. Existing customers who change from another plan are excluded from this offer. Upgrades are unavailable on SIM Only Month to Month plans. Bundle & Save
Bundle & Save discounts are available to (a) new customers who connect two or more Eligible Plans on the same billing account; OR (b) existing customers with an Eligible Plan who: add one or more eligible services to their billing account or who upgrade or switch an ineligible Plan to an Eligible Plan; OR (c) existing customers who have two Eligible Plans.
Eligible Plans are: All Postpaid voice plans of $30 and above released on or after July 25 2018 (excluding Assured Plans, Business Flex and BYOD Plans); Tablet Plans of $30 and above released on or after June 27 2018, Modem Plans of $20 and above released on or after July 2 2020. Excludes nbn™ Plans and 4G Home Internet Plans. Services with an Additional Service Discount are not eligible for Bundle & Save.
Customers will receive a percentage discount off each Eligible Plan’s access fees (5% off two plans, 10% off three plans, 15% off four plans or 20% off five or more plans) when active on a single billing account. Note MPP, APP or Add-On fees are not discounted.
The Bundle & Save discount is calculated from the first full bill cycle and updated monthly as eligible services are added or removed. Any second service discounts are replaced by the applicable Bundle & Save discount. If early exit fees apply to an Eligible Plan they are calculated using the undiscounted amount x months remaining. Device Discount
Device Discount is a discount off the device RRP and is available to eligible new and upgrading customers who purchase a device with a device repayment period of 12, 24 or 36 months, and sign up or upgrade, and stay connected to an eligible Consumer Postpaid Mobile Plan (‘Eligible Plan’). Device Discounts vary depending on the device (as advertised), and some Device Discounts may only available when you stay connected to an Eligible Plan over 24 or 36 months (ie. some Device Discounts may not be available for a repayment period of 12 months). Not applicable for customers purchasing a device outright. The Device Discount will apply for the length of your chosen device repayment period (12/24/36 months). If you cancel your plan or your device repayment, your Device Discount will be forfeited, and you must pay out your device on your next bill at the undiscounted rate (i.e. 100% of remaining device repayments at full RRP x months remaining). Device Discount will not be forfeited if you rate plan change but will be forfeited if you change to an ineligible plan, such as a SIM Only plan. Your monthly device repayments may vary depending on your chosen repayment period (12/24/36 months) and are applied as a monthly recurring credit against the device repayment. Device Discount is subject to change and not a permanent offer. You can only have one Device Discount per service at any one time. Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new postpaid mobile, mobile broadband or 4G Home Internet plan and you don't love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn™ plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300 551 198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn™ service is fully transferred and device or modem and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. $5 Roaming

Available to eligible customers, see terms for details specific to your plan. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend and allows you to use your plan’s inclusions in Eligible Countries for $5 per day. For all plans with a Max Speed data allowance, only Max Speed data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. For all plans, once your included data, Hotspot Data (available on Ultra+ Plans), or Max Speed data (as applicable for your plan) is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Roaming Data”). Additional Roaming Data expires at the end of your next billing period, is shareable (excludes plans with unlimited data which do not share data) and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone plan, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion. Sharing
If you have more than one Vodafone plan that supports sharing on your billing account (excluding any plan that has an infinite data component of speeds of up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps or any plan with unlimited mobile data), the data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users (data sharing is only available on up to 10 services, a maximum of 5 of which can be voice plans). Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus and Team Plans can only be shared with other Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus and Team Plans. Data sharing is only available for up to 10 services, which includes a maximum of 5 Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD or voice Plus Plans. Any existing international calling allowances on your account are not shareable with this plan. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

Vodafone Infinite Plans
Vodafone Infinite Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.
Minimum monthly spend is $40, $45, $55, $65 and $85 respectively. Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Vodafone Infinite Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. If you have more than one Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus or Team Plan on your billing account, the Max Speed data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users.
