How do I cancel my Amazon Music Unlimited membership with Vodafone?

To cancel your Amazon Music Unlimited membership with Vodafone, you can:

1.       Text ‘Stop Music’ to 126600 on your Vodafone phone.

2.       Call our customer care team on 1555 from a Vodafone phone. 

What happens to my Amazon Music Unlimited membership when the promotional period ends while I’m still on a Vodafone Infinite Plan?

You’ll continue your Amazon Music Unlimited membership at $11.99 a month which will show on your Vodafone bill until you cancel.

What happens to my Amazon Music Unlimited membership if I leave Vodafone or cancel my eligible plan?

Your Amazon Music Unlimited membership will be cancelled immediately and any remaining time on your trial period will be forfeited.

Can I purchase this offer but activate my Amazon Music Unlimited membership later?

Yes, but you’ll need to activate your membership within 30 days from the promotional period end date to activate.

Will I be informed before my 3 months of Amazon Music Unlimited membership ends and I begin to be charged through Pay With Vodafone?

Yes. You’ll be notified via SMS 7 days before the 3-month promotion period expires and each month after you’ve started to pay for your membership.

Available for personal use only for approved new and existing Vodafone customers who sign up or upgrade to a Consumer Postpaid Voice Plan (both handset and SIM Only plans but excluding Cap plans) between 19.05.2021 and 23.08.2022 (unless extended) (‘Promotional Period’) and must redeem by 23.09.2022. Excludes all business plans, Postpaid Mobile Broadband Plans and Cap Plans. 3-month Amazon Music Unlimited membership on us (3- Month Amazon Music Unlimited Membership on Us) only. Vodafone Infinite SIM Only Plans
For personal use by approved customers only. You must supply your own handset in order to sign up to this plan – you cannot purchase a phone from Vodafone on instalments with this plan. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.

Minimum monthly spend is $40, $45, $55, $65 and $85 respectively. Must connect for minimum one month. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you notify that you wish to cancel. If you have more than one Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus or Team Plan on your billing account, the Max Speed data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data sharing is only available for up to 10 services, which includes a maximum of 5 Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD or voice Plus Plans. The data included in any plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Infinite, Vodafone BYOD, Plus or Team Plan is not shareable with this plan and vice versa. You can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

Vodafone Infinite Plans
Vodafone Infinite Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.

Minimum monthly spend is $40, $45, $55, $65 and $85 respectively. Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Vodafone Infinite Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel. Data on Vodafone Infinite Plans
All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone Infinite Plans include a “Max Speed” data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first (which includes unlimited mobile data on the Ultra+ Plan); thereafter data is available at speeds of up to 2 or 10Mbps depending on your chosen plan until your next billing month. On the Ultra+ Plan, once you have used 30GB Hotspot Max Speed Data, you can continue to use Hotspot data at speeds of up to 2Mbps. Tethering permitted from your mobile phone to your other personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods.

With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. With 10Mbps you can use video calling, and high definition video.
